Manuscript Withdrawal Policy

Authors may withdraw their manuscript within 72 hours of its initial submission without incurring any withdrawal charges, provided that the manuscript has not entered the editorial or peer-review process.

Once 72 hours have elapsed from the date and time of submission, the manuscript is considered to be under editorial processing. As editorial and administrative resources are invested in the evaluation of the manuscript, a manuscript withdrawal fee shall be applicable for withdrawal requests received after this period.

To request the withdrawal of a manuscript, the corresponding author must submit a written request by email to editorial@apricuspublishers.com with the subject line "Manuscript Withdrawal". The request should clearly mention the manuscript title, manuscript identification number (if assigned), and the reason for withdrawal.

A withdrawal request shall be considered effective only after written confirmation has been issued by the Editorial Office.

Manuscript Withdrawal Charges

• INR 5,000 + applicable GST (currently 18%), or

• USD 100 (for international authors)

As a general rule, manuscripts that have already been accepted for publication or published online cannot be withdrawn except under exceptional circumstances and with the approval of the Editor-in-Chief.
