Journal Description

The International Journal of Environment and Disaster Studies (IJEDS) was a peer-reviewed, open-access scholarly journal published in English by Apricus Journals, an imprint of Apricus E-Learning Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

IJEDS published its first issue in 2023 and subsequently continued its publication through 2024. 

The journal provided a scholarly platform for research relating to environmental science, environmental management, disaster studies, natural resources, climate-related issues, and other allied areas.

IJEDS published scholarly contributions including research papers, review papers, case studies, book reviews, and short communications.

As part of the restructuring and consolidation of the Apricus Journals portfolio, publication of IJEDS has now been concluded as a separate journal. Relevant subject areas previously addressed by IJEDS have been incorporated into the broader interdisciplinary scope of the Journal of Environment, Agriculture and Geography (JEAG).

The previously published issues and articles of IJEDS remain part of the journal's historical publication record and are preserved in the online archive for scholarly reference and citation.

The International Journal of Environment and Disaster Studies is no longer accepting new manuscript submissions.
